We use personal data to operate the Platform, protect users, and comply with legal obligations.
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Platform.
- To verify Seller status as a student (and Buyer status in the future).
- To facilitate and process transactions through our secure escrow system.
- To communicate with you for support and dispute resolution.
- To enforce our Terms and prevent fraud.

We only share personal data as necessary to provide the service or when required by law.
- With Other Users: Your profile name and listing information are visible.
- With Service Providers: We share necessary information with third parties like Paystack for payment processing and cloud providers.
- For Legal Reasons: When required by law or a valid legal request.
